Description: Philips Surveyors were engaged to deliver our client’s new 6,000ft² purpose-built agricultural barn. In addition to responsibility for CDM roles, we began by establishing the client’s specific requirements and providing cost estimation and procurement advice. Once the size and configuration of the barn were agreed, we secured planning permission, completed the detailed design, and managed the competitive tendering process. Finally, we oversaw the on-site construction process, administered the building contract, and ensured a successful handover, ready for first use.
